The Golf Tournament at Shadow Lakes Golf Club was a huge success thanks to Wayne Swisher, his family and his hard working employees. A first class event raised over $65,000 for our HD research and family programs. Congratulations and a big thank you to all the committee members and volunteers who made this such a special day for everyone. Watch for our next tournament date September 2008 Sponsorship Opportunities Individual Players : $250 Foursomes: $1,000 Gold Sponsor-$5,000 Includes participation of four golfers; name and logo on signage at the entrance of Country Club; recognition on all publicity and promotional materials; and name and logo on two Tee or Green Signs. Silver Sponsor-$2,500 Includes participation of four golfers; recognition on all publicity and promotional materials; and name and logo on one Tee or Green Sign. Bronze Sponsor-$1,500 Includes participation of four golfers; and name and logo on one Tee or Green Sign. Foursomes- $1,000 Registration includes green fees, golf cart, driving range, awards dinner, beverage carts and registration gift for all golfers. Tee and Green Signs-$200 Includes one tee or green sign for each $200 contribution.
